Disability Insurance
The FCMM Benefit Plan provides Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), and Life with Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Life/AD&D) Insurance. Churches have the option to choose one of the Benefit Plans (Standard or Plus) for all eligible employees.

Since 1971, FCMM has provided retirement plans for EFCA pastors, staff, and missionaries. With a 403(b)(9) church retirement income account plan, they offer a variety of investment options, whereby participants can manage their own account or have others do it for them. FCMM also offers other types of employment benefits to EFCA churches including a Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan.

Our district has entered into a formal partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) whereby any employee of a church in EFCA TX-OK District may receive a 50% discount on all master’s level classes or a 30% discount on all doctoral level classes. We’re excited about this new partnership that will make a quality seminary education more affordable and accessible to our church leaders. DTS is known for its 4-year ThM program, and they also have 2-year MA programs in Christian Leadership, Counseling, Apologetics, and other ministry areas. To learn more, please click HERE.
